The rooms at this hotel were a good size and clean. The staff provided excellent customer service, being helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was that the rooms were very warm, which was especially appreciated during the Christmas season. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the nearby attractions.
There was no restaurant in the hotel, which was a disappointment. We had to go off-site to find a place to eat, which was inconvenient, especially after a long journey.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with various eating places and bars within a short walk. the rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, with high standards of preparation. the staff are friendly and professional, providing helpful information and accommodating requests. the presence of a fan in the room and the availability of ice on request are added bonuses.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is closed, which can be disappointing who prefer to dine on-site.

The hotel was quite run-down and in need of an update. the lack of a lift was particularly inconvenient, and the room had a musky smell that was unpleasant.
